The location is fantastic and the beds are super comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and let us leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before check‑in and after check‑out because we had booked activities and couldn't take our bags.

The building sits in a great spot, with the metro close to the city centre and the main train station just a few dozen metres away, but the bed and bathroom were dirty.

The location is very good, but there isn’t enough space to store luggage.

The hotel’s position on the edge of the city, right next to tram, metro and museums, is outstanding; the receptionist from Australia was very helpful and quickly put our suitcase under the desk, but the facilities were simply too basic.
