The place is good but lacks professionalism in communication. The client communication was poor and unprofessional; I requested a booking change and received no response at all. The contact methods listed, such as the phone in Booking, were not answered or were closed. I had to send a friend to follow up despite the hassle.

Nothing. It was uncomfortable with repairs on the floor, too many workers, dust at reception near bedrooms, meetings in the hallway made it impossible to sleep, windows are not soundproof so you hear cars and passing dogs, and the bathroom has leaks around the sink.

Cleanliness was very high, quiet, no disturbance from the hotel management or staff. The location is a very nice area close to everything. The staff were all very respectful. I highly recommend staying here.
