Staff were welcoming, it was nice to be greeted and have the door opened. Loved the front desk. Nothing—everything was great.

The venue was clean and close to everything. I booked thinking the rate was $499 per night, which was already pricey for me but acceptable, yet the first night cost $699, which I find unacceptable. It seems the venue didn’t clearly display the true cost. I’m surprised because I usually book through the same platform; this is the first time this has happened. Probably my last.
