At the front desk the staff were fluent in the English terms we needed, they were helpful, and there was a translator available; the whole team was very pleasant.

Everything was perfect, and there was nothing to complain about.

I never actually checked in, but the place turned out to be filthy and the surroundings were terrible; I only discovered this when I arrived at the hotel, and when I tried to cancel they forced me to pay for one night, which left me very upset and ruined my travel mood, making the whole experience disappointing.
