The comfort was good, but after making a reservation and adding a payment method (card) as part of the process, I was scammed the next day: unauthorized purchases were made with my card. This isn’t the first time this has happened; it’s the second time. I would appreciate your help in reviewing this case and providing a solution or explanation.
