I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the reception manager was extremely helpful and showed me several rooms to choose from, making me feel welcome. However, I was slightly disappointed that an iron was not available upon request, which would have been a useful amenity.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. After a 7-hour journey, I was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. The hotel had no electricity for an hour, and the air conditioning wasn't working. To make matters worse, I discovered an unwelcome guest - a large black mouse - in the toilet, which jumped onto the bed where my kids were sleeping and kept them up until 3 am as they tried to catch it.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The treatment of guests was appalling, with no regard for their well-being or comfort. Overall, I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found the location and area of the hotel to be quite good, which was a positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share as everything else was satisfactory.

I was really put off by my experience at this hotel. Firstly, I was shocked to find condoms in the room, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, the cleaning condition of the room was subpar, which further added to my disappointment.
