The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with a view of the swimming pool and spa, the ice machines and on‑site laundry were appreciated, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Santa Cruz wharf and waterfront. I did not like the washbasin in the room, but it was a minor annoyance that didn’t really affect the overall experience.

Everything was great. The only negative was that they assumed that if everything was fine, the customer would feel comfortable.

It’s super close to the beach, the facilities are clean, there’s no nighttime noise, and I didn’t use the pool or jacuzzi. The only downside was that I didn’t see any beverage or snack vending machines.

Location, staff, jacuzzi. It was a very very hot weekend :( but everything was amazing
