Especially the front desk staff, advice my husband to book which is more cheaper compared to walk in rate. It was late night he was solo traveler. When he checked in, my husband was not really happy with the room

The staff were wonderful—classic Balinese hospitality that really cares about making sure you have everything you need and genuinely wants to help you enjoy your stay. The location was a hit for us: on the main road, it avoided the usual Kuta/Legian traffic, making trips to the airport or other spots much faster. For some, though, the spot might be annoying if they want to walk straight to Kuta beach or the hotspots.

The rooms were really cramped, and there was no shampoo or soap for showers; the internet kept cutting out, and the room lights would turn off for no reason.
