The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony view, plus it was very quiet; laundry was convenient, fast, and inexpensive; the gardens were lovely and the nearby small restaurants were within walking distance.

The staff were kind, the location is beautiful and the view is stunning, but it is a bit far from Ubud’s center.

“Una gran decepción: hotel muy deteriorado y sin mantenimiento”

The setting is privileged with carefully designed gardens, but our stay at Labak Hotel was very disappointing. The hotel shows a state of decay and lack of maintenance that doesn’t match the advertised category. The facilities look abandoned: some roofs are damaged and open, large black moisture stains on the room ceilings, broken furniture, and bathrooms that need renovation. Many details could improve with a deep clean and basic upkeep. Towels are extremely old and worn; the pool towels are stained and seem at the end of their life. Ashtrays are dirty, general cleanliness is lacking, and there’s a clear absence of care in many hotel areas. It’s also sad to see abandoned spaces, such as closed shops with remnants inside, very old mattresses with deformations and visible stains from years of use. It’s a pity because the surroundings have potential, but with investment in maintenance, cleaning, and renewal of basic elements it could become a much more pleasant place. Currently the feeling is abandonment and lack of guest attention.

“استجمام لا يتعدى سوى 3 ايام فقط”

The location is nice and the pool‑side room is beautiful with views of the garden, but I don’t recommend it because of the noise and the fact that after 9 pm there are no shops open, so the place becomes quiet.
