I didn’t like anything. The staff were rude to both me and my partner. The TV didn’t work, and I started feeling unsafe after a while.

“I would not recommend this place.”

I booked a 3‑night stay with 2 beds for this past weekend, but when we arrived the staff told us they didn’t actually have a room with 2 beds. After a lot of back and forth they said there was a room with 2 beds, but only for one night, and that we would have to check out at 11 am and could possibly check into a different room the next morning. Because we got there late at night, we had no choice but to take the room or have nowhere to stay. The next morning we went back to the front desk to find out what would happen, and the woman there explained that they had given the room to a company they often do business with and had to give that company priority; she kept saying it wasn’t her problem and that we had to leave by 11. When I asked how much they would charge us for the one night, she couldn’t tell me. My friends and I had to quickly book another hotel, pack up, and leave. At 10:30 am the house‑keeper was already knocking on our door to clean the room; we told her we had until 11, so she stayed by our door until we left. It felt like they wanted to make sure we would leave. Very unprofessional, very uncomfortable, and very stressful.

“Bad”

As a last resort I liked nothing about this hotel. The location was terrible and I felt in danger.

“Don't book here true booking.com, if so, put the option to pay when you arrive at the hotel”

It was good but they double charged me, and they double charged me.
