I loved how close the hotel was to Zacatlán’s downtown and how easy it was to get around; the staff were attentive and the place was spotlessly clean. We slept soundly and the internet worked fine. The downside was the bathroom – it’s tiny and it’s hard to move between the shower and the toilet.

Parking was available, but the room had no air conditioning, no fan, and no window that looked outside, so the heat was suffocating. Wifi didn’t reach the room, and the remote only worked when you were right next to the TV.

Nothing positive to mention. The room we received wasn’t suitable and it wasn’t the one we had asked for.

The hotel’s proximity to the city center was a plus. Unfortunately, there were no fans and the upper floor felt very hot.
