The staff were friendly and the pool was great, but at night the area around the pool was on fire and smoke seeped in, the pool had insects, and the restaurant offered no variety. The windows didn’t seal properly and cold air came in at night.

A point for improvement would be to always have staff available for breakfast, lunch, etc. When I tried to order a dish from the menu it was already sold out, and for breakfast the kitchen staff had left and didn’t return until the afternoon, but everything else was fine afterward.
