The resort matched the photos, with two excellent pools and an atmospheric restaurant that plays fitting music. The reception service was far below 4‑star standards; despite plenty of staff, they were unhelpful. Requests for room swaps and late check‑out were denied with contradictory excuses, even though the same category was available online. Don’t book camel riding through the resort—it was a disappointment. We were redirected to an operator on the main road, grouped with many others, and surrounded by loud quad bikes. The camels were mistreated; one was struck on the neck to make it kneel, and our concerns about a distressed mother camel and her 2‑month‑old calf were ignored. The menu offered no vegetarian mains; when asked, staff gave only one option, forcing us to combine sides and starters.

The place offers an endless desert view and the staff are friendly and pleasant. The music by the main pool and restaurant is too loud, making relaxation impossible. The traditional musician who moved from table to table was overly persistent; when we asked for a quiet moment, his reaction was aggressive and we felt pressured. He does this at every table, so it’s very repetitive. Also, despite being in nature, we found a lot of ants in our bed all night.

La tente avec piscine privé était exceptionnelle, bien équipée et très propre. La piscine était bien fraîche et très propre également, et la vue est magnifique. Les repas étaient très bons, prix corrects. Le transfert depuis Marrakech organisé par l’hôtel est un peu cher (100 Dirham aller/retour)
