Nice, clean, well‑appointed, bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms were great – love the two separate areas. Bar and work station were very nice and convenient. They were well decorated as well. No complaints except that I didn’t see a need for a parking charge.

The room was a bit small, but after walking in, a dead cockroach appeared within ten minutes. The floor felt damp and the room had an unpleasant odor.

The layout of the room was beautiful, yet the keycard initially didn’t work. The clerk was unaware of the issue but managed to resolve it, letting us into our room. The customer service really shone.
