The location is very good. The reception is very cold; it’s not a place where you can sit in the lobby, have coffee, and chat with someone.

The stay was a complete disappointment. The photos made the hotel look simple but comfortable, yet the rooms were far below what the images promised. The biggest issue was the noise: the area was extremely loud all night, with people shouting in the square outside the hotel until the early morning, a scene that seemed frequented by drug users, plus a bar blasting loud music and car horns until about 11 am the next day. Motorcycles were extremely noisy and cars were speeding with open exhausts. The hotel had almost no sound insulation, making it one of the worst nights I've spent in a hotel. Another negative was the R$ 20 parking fee, which should have been more transparent at the time of booking. I also felt misled about breakfast. Both the booking platform and the hotel use confusing wording: some rooms show "café da manhã incluso" and others "café da manhã disponível," highlighted similarly. I interpreted "disponível" as breakfast included in the rate, but it was actually an extra charge. This presentation is misleading and violates the consumer protection law's requirement for clear information. The nightly rate ended up significantly higher than better hotels because of these hidden costs. After this experience, I won’t use the booking platform again. I expected more transparency from both the platform and the hotel, especially on details that directly influence the purchase decision. The way the platform presents breakfast information is unacceptable; the phrase "café da manhã disponível" should not be highlighted like "café da manhã incluso," as it easily misleads consumers. The term "disponível" only means the hotel offers the service for payment, but the presentation makes many think it’s included in the room rate. This practice is opaque and benefits the platform and hotel at the consumer’s expense. If breakfast is paid separately, it should be clearly labeled as "café da manhã pago" or "não incluído na diária," not in a format that can be confused with an included benefit. The administrators who did this deserve punishment by consumer justice.

O café da manhã é bem gostoso, várias frutas, bolos, pães, ovos mexidos, café passado delicioso. Banho quente. Cama confortável. Equipe da recepção bem gentil. Não tem carpete. Boa vedação da luz. Decoração clean. Frigobar bem potente. Custo benefício ok. Tem mercado perto e Mc Donald's do ladinho. Localização central, então numa região um pouco insegura. Toalhas pequenas e de péssima qualidade. Precisa com urgência dedetizar (2 baratinhas passeando). Infelizmente a limpeza deixa a desejar. E se faltar luz, se prepara para descer de escada , eles não tem geradores para os elevadores

The stay was excellent. The parking was an extra charge even though it was part of the hotel.
