“Just okay!”

Rooms are big and spacious. You can also use the neighbouring hotel’s pool, water is provided in the room and there is a refillable water station at the front desk. Couple coffee shops on the property have nice coffee and pastries. Construction next door makes it really noisy at night. Even though we booked for 4 people in the room we only had 2 sets of everything, including only 2 towels. Had to call several times to get everything we needed, including bedding for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken; thankfully my children are older and were safe, but the bed was missing springs and had a wire coming out, and in the middle of the night the bed started folding in half. We requested extra beds the next morning and the staff was apologetic and delivered them promptly, but we had a horrible night of sleep. The staff at the main hotel pool are rude; the pool next door is so much better. Since the hotel is also residences, a lot of the nice pool facilities are reserved for residents; paying hotel guests are told to sit in the back dirty chairs with ripped umbrellas and it makes you feel unwelcome. The coffee machine at breakfast broke down every day. Breakfast food was ok. Unfortunately this has been my least favorite stay and I would not return.

“A disappointing stay with poor service, limited facilities, and absolutely no value for money.”

The location was probably the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. Our stay was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. The property felt more like a residential apartment building than a hotel, with very limited facilities and services. Although the apartment itself was nice, there was an unpleasant moldy smell in the room, which was very uncomfortable. Access to the pool and beach was inconvenient, as these facilities were located at another hotel and required vouchers. Even something as basic as beach towels was restricted, with no flexibility to provide additional ones. The food was overpriced and of very poor quality. To make matters worse, the staff seemed poorly trained, and some were outright rude and unprofessional. Overall, the property lacked the hospitality, service standards, and convenience one would expect from a hotel. The entire experience was frustrating, and I would definitely not recommend staying here

“Disappointing family vacation”

We booked this hotel for a family treat—five adults and two children—and the experience was disappointing from the start. The hotel is inside a residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a hotel: the entrance is difficult to identify, and there’s no clear lobby atmosphere. Check‑in took more than an hour, even though the hotel didn’t seem particularly busy. The staff were trying to help, but many looked visibly exhausted, which left me concerned about how long their shifts might be. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, and the TVs were good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning kept cutting out and then restarting, which was especially frustrating at night. Dining was another letdown. The hotel’s restaurant‑bar had no dinner buffet and offered a very limited set menu, with extra charges for some items. We also tried the restaurant at the neighbouring twin hotel, but we didn’t feel welcome and felt that hotel guests were given priority. The pool arrangements were odd, too. We were told that hotel guests could only sit in one corner near the food truck, while the other pool areas were reserved for residents of the complex. We paid a considerable amount for a family stay, but the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. The apartment had potential, but the check‑in, air conditioning, dining and pool arrangements made this a poor choice for a family treat.
