The hotel was perfect! It was comfortable, the location fit our needs, and both dinner and breakfast were spot on. The staff were really friendly and even extended breakfast to accommodate us.

The room was clean and usable, but the mattress was horrible—flat, springs felt every spring, basically sleeping on the bed frame like the floor. I had to sleep on top of the duvet to make it bearable, and it’s probably one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. Please replace the mattresses; I’ve had a bad back all day.

Breakfast was very good, but there was no hot water for a shower in the afternoon.

The staff were helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. A generator or something started up early each morning, making it noisy. We booked last minute and felt the price had gone up for the wet bank holiday weekend when rooms were scarce.
