The hotel was very clean and comfortable, yet the breakfast menu could use more variety.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend this location.

It was close to restaurants, but I was shocked to learn about a $150 security deposit after paying for the room and having to wait 5–7 days for it back; the pillows were just throw pillows, the bathroom was dirty and smelled weird—maybe because there’s a hole in the floor like a public pool shower—and the desk staff was very rude, so I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The staff were mostly friendly and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, the chair in my room had a noticeable stain on the seat, so I avoided it. The TV was broken; when I tried to fix it, only one channel worked because the remote only controlled volume and power. The water pressure was weak, which is typical for hotels. The worst part was a staff member yelling at me for not wearing shoes in the breakfast area. While I was making a waffle, she forced me to leave the area until I had shoes on, then stared at me a lot and told me to hurry up. I heard her be rude to other guests too, and someone told her to “remember to be nice.”

The location was good. The staff made me feel like I wasn’t a paying guest; they wouldn’t let me bring food into my room and threatened to keep my deposit if I didn’t clean before housekeeping arrived. Housekeepers reported everything they saw to the manager, and I felt more like I was in jail than in a hotel.
