The food was decent, yet we felt the hotel was more like a lodge than a 4‑star place; simple requests required repeated calls. They claimed toiletries such as a comb, dental kit, razor, and moisturizer were “on demand,” which was frustrating. The biggest disappointment was that Malpe Beach is closed from 15 May to 15 September every year, a fact that was not mentioned anywhere on the booking page, leaving guests who paid and traveled there to find the beaches shut.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its prime location right on the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, but I did have some issues with the air conditioning unit that kept turning off throughout the night.

The hotel's sea side view was truly breathtaking, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by the property's overall lack of maintenance. I noticed that the staff seemed understaffed and underpaid, which reflected in the dirt and dust present in various areas, including the pool, which was also under maintenance. Additionally, the intercom in our room was missing, and the toilet flush was not functioning properly. The prices of the food were also quite steep.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by the poor management of its facilities. Despite its potential, the hotel fell short in many areas, leaving me with a disappointing experience.
