There are many activities for children, but there is a lack of shade at the pools. I know the intention of going to the beach is often to sunbathe, but perhaps a pool for children with shade would be nice.

The hotel looks gorgeous and has a lot of activities, spaces, and more. However, the whole night there was maintenance work—drilling at 2 AM—and even after reporting it, the noise in the room kept going through the rest of the night. I couldn’t rest!!!

The room was cleaned well. On the downside, the buffet food was always the same, some staff were reluctant to help, they wouldn’t let me play music, the pool in my room was dirty until the day we checked out when they finally cleaned it, and the dining area was hotter inside than outside.
