I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was perfect for shopping mall enthusiasts, but that's where the positives ended. Upon arrival at 5am after a 14-hour flight, I was shocked to find that my reservation wasn't on file, and I was asked to pay again, which was exhausting.
