Nothing really stood out one way or the other, so I don’t have much to say.

Juliana, Beto, Daniel and the manager all took great care of us, and the kids loved the horseback rides, the birthday room with the fireplace, and the little animals roaming around. The food was tasty and the overall vibe was excellent. The only snag was arriving to a dark, locked building with no one there, and the bathrooms were missing soap. Once Daniel showed up and opened the doors, everything fell back into place.

We never got to use the jacuzzi because the heater had no gas, and the shower didn’t have hot water either. After pointing this out, they later called to ask about a missing sheet, which felt like a strange follow‑up. Overall, the stay was disappointing.

The young crew were polite, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand, and the coffee they served was solid. The meals were decent and kept us satisfied throughout the stay. I didn’t encounter any real downsides.
