I liked their attitude and hospitality, the service was great, the food was tasty, and overall the staff were wonderful!

I was really impressed with this hotel - it's clean, tidy and has a warm atmosphere. The staff are always happy to help and are super polite. It's in a great location, really quiet too. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location is spot on, the hotel’s decor feels nice and the bed was comfortable, with a bathroom that’s in very good condition; the breakfast was good. The only downside was that the room lacked enough hangers and drawers for unpacking our suitcases.

The cook was a charming person who would have gladly met special requests, but she only spoke Albanian. A waitress tried her best. Breakfast was served to guests in the small kitchen on bar stools, which is unacceptable! Also, what do they do when several rooms are occupied? The manager was only present at arrival. The room itself felt outdated.
