The location is great for the room views, but the cottages need a bit of renovation, and the hotel should offer rooms for guest drivers, improve breakfast and restaurant quality, and fully renovate the kids’ area, which is dusty with broken toys; after staying three times, the recent removal of the small trek activity this year would have been a plus.

The view and atmosphere were nice, but the lodging, services, and food didn't match the price paid; the spa was subpar and the staff behaved unprofessionally.

The hilltop location offers stunning vistas, the staff are great and attentive, and the weekend meals were delicious; however, the facilities are minimal, the TT table is broken, the kids' play area is only for infants and lacks fans, the layout is odd with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, and weekday dinners feature frozen chapathis reheated.

The views are impressive, the room is spacious though we didn't expect a duplex layout; the bedroom is on the upper level and the bathroom on the lower, which feels a bit awkward; breakfast could have had more fruit and better quality, and the dinner was similar—overall, I wouldn't recommend the half‑board option, though nearby eateries are available.
