“Great!”

Being right next to Emory Hospital was handy, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast service was flexible. The lady at the counter was amazing! We stayed for hospital reasons and I think it’s a great spot for early morning appointments. I left Alabama late at night with no cash, so I couldn’t tip the housekeepers, but I’ll bring some next time. Thanks! The only downside was that it got a bit cold at night, probably because the heater had a burning smell and I had to turn it off. Other than that, it was a pretty good night.

They scam you They charged me for this stay that I’m reviewing but called me at 5pm after I confirmed my stay at 12pm and they already charged me to inform me they had no rooms, this was also sent to me in writing from their manager messaging despite that book.com told me this place manages their own charging so was not helpful at sll, I called the hotel and sent the manager emails of her own message signed with her name telling me I couldn’t come so after so long they refunded me yay right? No they charged me and sent me a thank you for your stay email and everything the very next day… wtf?! I called again and was told the manager would return my call that didn’t happen I was there to go to Emory Hospital to get my brain scanned for a possible tumor and ended up getting bad news so I had to put this to the side because I could not go back-and-forth with these people and eventually I called again once again I was told the manager would call you back so after I was able to process the bad news about my brain I had to file a literal dispute with my credit card company for the first time in my entire 29 years on this planet for a hotel that literally ruined my experience with I’m literally the highest tier on this app and I have not booked a hotel here on this absence I now use strictly any other app because is so unhelpful and this hotel is fraud they will steal your money. The fact that they committed fraud
