I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff, who unfortunately didn't live up to my expectations. However, the location was quite convenient, but it was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the manager, Satish, who I found to be a very unpleasant person. I was expecting a more welcoming atmosphere, but unfortunately, it didn't quite match that.
