“Awesome”
The spot’s location is spot on and the view is breathtaking. Getting to the resort is a bit far from the pier and ordering a tuk‑tuk can be a little tricky, but it’s still doable.

The sunset was incredible. The beach wasn’t cleaned.

The staff were responsible, friendly, polite, and helpful. My room was spotless with a great view. We loved paddling on the private beach and snorkeling in the crystal‑clear waters. I’ll definitely come back to Ko Lipe and stay here again.

It blew my expectations out of the water, especially for the price. The room was beautiful, modern, contemporary, clean, and had the most amazing view. Breakfast was delicious and filling—no need for lunch. The staff were sweet, helpful, friendly, and hardworking; it was a pleasure to be their guest. The location feels like the last hidden oasis on Lipe, a little out of the way from the bustle but still very accessible to everything and a quieter spot on the island. The coral reef right off the private beach is absolutely stunning; it’s all reef, so not great for swimming but perfect for snorkeling and getting up close with tropical marine life. It’s the best on the island, and I snorkeled all over! There is trash in the sea, which is still an issue in Thailand, so the beach isn’t ideal for kids to play freely because of foreign objects. Walking into town may be an issue for some; it wasn’t for me, but you’ll pass through authentic inner‑island Thai communities. I find it fascinating to see how locals live, though it can be a culture shock for some, especially with the litter. The people are friendly and unbothered by westerners, so I enjoyed my stroll into the main town. There’s also a great shortcut via Pattaya Beach.

The property was great, with privacy and a superb location. The staff were always helpful, replying to WhatsApp texts within minutes to arrange taxis, always smiling and ready to assist. I would highly recommend it. The beach was a little dirty, but that’s expected in low season.
