The staff and room were great, and the room and bathroom were wheelchair accessible. The parking area was stoned and not ideal for wheelchair access, and there was no shower chair for wheelchair users in the bathroom.

The room was excellent, lovely and spacious, comfortable and quiet; the bathroom was exceptional, very roomy, clean, with soft towels and a good shower. We ate dinner in the restaurant, but the service was very poor: they forgot our extra drinks, so we had to go to the bar to get them. The menu was okay, but a dish that promised a creamy coconut sauce actually came with a very hot and spicy sauce, which was not as described and quite unpleasant; I wasn’t the only guest who complained about this.

The food and room were excellent, but the only thing that could improve is the shower water pressure. That’s all; everything else is excellent.
