The service was super calm; we had a 12:00 reservation but arrived at 10:40 and Mr Marcio let us settle in right away, explained how to use the gate key and the lodge’s facilities—everything was great. No complaints at all!

Everything was very good! Excellent service from start to finish. Breakfast was quite varied. Nothing to complain about.
