The property was very clean, easy to locate right off the till road, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The downside was the stairs—no elevator—and the shower lacked a ledge or shelf for toiletries, plus the floor gets completely wet.

The price was very reasonable, the room was clean, and it fit our needs for a single night stay. The breakfast was only average, but that didn’t ruin the experience.

Overall, it was a good stay while we were in town for the Notre Dame home opener, and the price was one of the cheaper options available. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to haul luggage up to the second floor.

The room looked recently redecorated, was clean, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; the bathroom was neat and the overall vibe was inviting. However, the breakfast offered was subpar—just a few bread items, instant oatmeal, and coffee—especially when a Perkins sits next door, so either provide a decent breakfast or omit it entirely. The baseboards in our room also needed a thorough cleaning around the edges and in the shower.
