The rooms were very nice and quite new. The location is very good if you are visiting Sarmizegetusa Regia. The area is beautiful. The host kindly gave us some milk for our cereal. There is a nice pool there too and places for children to play. The reason we didn’t score this property as highly as it should have been is because we had a very uncomfortable sleepless night, because the room was so hot… it got to over 26 °C and we were unable to do anything about it. There was a control on the wall which didn’t seem to reduce the temperature when we tried to do it. There were also no instructions for it. The only thing we could do was open the balcony doors all night, which was not ideal. We noticed in the morning that the hallway felt like you were in the hot pool area (which was below our room) so it is a problem we hope can be sorted out. We were also unable to access the wifi, the password was not accepted. Popasul Dacilor has a lot of potential when the issues are sorted out.
