The location was good, but the hallways could have been nicer.

The staff, the location, and the morning breakfast were all excellent, and there was nothing negative.

The hotel looks nice, the rooms are good and there’s parking, most of the staff are very kind, especially Gabriela in the dining area who was super friendly 🥰. Unfortunately my daughter hurt the fourth toe on her right foot on the bottom of the ironing board in the room; I asked the manager for help to get her downstairs because we were about to check out and needed a wheelchair, but he just said it wasn’t their fault and got defensive, which was really disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast selection was good, dinner options were within a short walk, the room was very comfortable, the value was good, and check‑in and check‑out were easy; I can’t think of anything negative.
