The spot was perfect for my Twin Cities plans, and everything stayed spotless. The owner made communication a breeze. Parking on the street can be tricky, and the kitchen lacks pots or frying pans.

This business is a scam: they online photos are the business offices. The properties are old houses in the neighborhood of the Floyd riots. They are four story walk-ups and bear no relation to the Bookig.com photos. They do not provide the addresses or check in info until after the free cancellation period expires, which is when you can see that they paid no attention to the booking requests: in our case limited stair access. When confronted with this they would only agree to cancel with an additional payment. BEWARE!. NOT A REAL GUEST HOUSE

The location was good and the check‑in process was comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty, and the room felt cold.

The spot and price were decent. Cooking there was a pleasure despite the grubby kitchen. The rooms were tidy. The kitchen itself was far from clean; I had to scrub it entirely before cooking. From the grimy fridge door to the stove, counters, and sink area, everything was dirty. It didn’t take long to clean, but it’s not a task you’d want to do. It wasn’t like that the last time I stayed. Another guest must’ve smoked in a room because the smell drifted into mine through the ventilation system.
