It was overpriced compared to local hotels in Mae Sot. The breakfast was very poor and nothing special. We paid far too much for an older hotel that doesn’t see much business anymore. The older grandparents who run the place really try and are very sweet, but the facilities need some updating and care as well as a proper breakfast for the price. The bed was small, uncomfortable and the breakfast was just eggs and toast. Lots of insects and ants after a day. The room was never cleaned and the parking is small and minimal. Overall the price is far too high compared to other local hotels.
