Rooms feature free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, walk‑in shower, refrigerator, work desk and shared kitchen with kitchenette, coffee maker and dining table. Nearby hiking, ice‑skating, boating and city theatres enrich stays.

The room was beautifully appointed, right next to the city square and surrounded by history and culture; if you’re carrying a suitcase, be warned that there are stairs to the room.

The accommodation sits right in the city centre, and the bus and train stations are within walking distance. The furnishings look stylish and new, nothing is broken, and the cleanliness was perfect. There was no noise at night, so I slept well. The TV has Netflix. The host is friendly and helpful, and I’d gladly return for another stay in Ljubljana. The downside is that it’s in the basement, which didn’t bother me, but it was a bit tricky to open the window in the morning to let in fresh air. In the evening the room had some noise from cleaning sounds behind the walls, but it quieted down by night. If I stayed longer with more people, I’d appreciate some wardrobes for clothes.

I love the natural old stone ceilings and walls, and they’re beautifully lit and painted. The location is terrific. The owner kindly came by the property to hand me an extra blanket and pillow. The air conditioning is super strong and fabulous! The only thing to note is that the property is on the basement level, so there’s very, very little natural light from the windows. Of course, that makes for a very quiet environment, which could be a plus as well.

The location is very good and central, and it’s very clean. The fridge and kettle are available. The bed is comfortable. The room feels a little too cold.

The location was perfect, in the centre of town but on a quiet street. The room and bathroom were very modern and clean. I was lucky that no one seemed to be occupying the other room, so I had the bathroom to myself. The owners were super responsive and kind. The only thing I could pick out is the lack of proper windows because it’s a semi‑basement apartment, but that’s not something you can change.
