Alin was a pleasant person, but there was no hot water and no air conditioning 😬.

The staff was friendly on the phone and warned us about the lack of hot water, and the price was very low, but the equipment feels like it dates back to the Formula 1 era, unchanged for at least twenty years—dusty radiators, shower cabins and toilets with plastic door handles broken by use, a broken water heater, extremely dirty carpets covered with spare rugs to hide the biggest stains, no soundproofing even with foam balls, an old fridge that doesn't fit the space and blocks the water point because it's too tall to be built‑in, reducing access to the water tap, electrical switches in the cabin and TV with greasy wear, broken windows patched by neighbors, portable air‑conditioning ducts hanging out of windows to compensate for the missing AC in the room, which shows the poor thermal insulation of the place. We would not have stayed another night.
