The location was fine, but the room’s smell made you dizzy, no one greeted you, and you have to guess how the place works and where the useful items are.

I had no positive moments; the owner made me wait three hours and the place was filthy—cleaning was impossible, so I wouldn't stay there again and recommend closing the doors. The kitchen, bathrooms, everything was dirty, and I couldn't sleep after seeing how grimy the house was; renting this place is ridiculous.

The location was spot‑on, cheap, and the decor was genuinely nice and tasteful, making it welcoming. However, common areas were literally dirty—kitchen, toilets, shower. The loft room was 37 °C, unbearable, and there was no fan in August, so we had to buy one. Toilet paper ran out repeatedly, forcing us to purchase more. Dishware and food scraps sat on the counter for three days, creating a stench and attracting flies.

The location was very central, and we quickly received surfboards from Miguel. At check‑in, we got no information or help and had to figure out our room ourselves. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic: the shower hadn’t been cleaned for over a week, with sand residue, empty shampoo bottles, and razors on the floor. Hot water was unavailable, and the toilet was unacceptable both visually and odor-wise; we had to buy toilet paper ourselves. The kitchen was worst—dirty dishes that hadn’t been washed for days, with an unbearable smell. Despite asking for cleaning, the state stayed the same until we left. Overall, a shame because the place had potential, but cleanliness and organization were severely lacking.
