“You can do better.”
The pillows and bed were comfortable, and the man at the front desk was nice. When we were collecting our bags to leave at checkout time, a woman knocked loudly on our door at 10:59 and said “um check out was at 11”. It was 11. That made us feel very unwelcome and rushed on our long drive home. We were not in the room past 11, literally not even 11:01. So it felt very unnecessary. The TV was difficult to use and the mirror play feature wasn’t working. The doors slam hard and loud as people come and go.
Nothing stood out, just takes your money.
“Nice but over priced for a worn out chair bottoms were and a hot elevator much like you’d expect @”
Breakfast was great, clean, and set up really nicely, but the halls and elevator were as hot as outside, and the chair bottoms in the dining area were worn out.

I asked for a refund 20 minutes after making the reservation; the man on duty said he would, but I haven’t heard or seen my money yet and it’s been a week.
