Located on an 18-hole golf course, the Mildura Golf Resort offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, 5 minutes from the city centre. Rooms feature en suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, toasters, and refrigerators, with some including separate bedrooms and microwaves. The resort offers an outdoor pool, guest laundry, and free car parking. Fairways Bistro serves modern Australian cuisine, and the clubhouse bar offers local drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

I liked the nice surroundings and the club access, and the bed was fine, but the WiFi was useless and the TV wouldn’t work because it needed the non‑existent WiFi to access anything.

The gardens are nice, and the place is clean and comfortable.

The setting is nice and the car is covered, and the room is spacious. However, the room feels very dated, the lounge chair is very grubby, and the MDF countertop is water‑damaged. The fridge sits in a cabinet, is old, noisy, and woke me up three times; it’s also extremely dusty. There’s a double toilet roll holder but only five sheets of paper. The air conditioning switched from ducted to a wall‑mounted unit that’s too noisy to run while sleeping. Wi‑Fi is almost nonexistent and cuts out often, so I had to use my phone data and hotspot it. The toilet area is cramped.
