The staff were very friendly and the location was good. The internet was very unstable, and the breakfast was unfortunately not good.

The place is centrally located, the room was quiet (we had a back‑room), very clean and dust‑free, and the bed was good and not too large. Check‑in was hassle‑free, and the breakfast buffet was nice. The bike could be parked in a video‑monitored garage 50 m from the hotel. The only complaints were small ones, like having water and a kettle in the room would have been nice. For clothes there are only four open hangers, but no wardrobe.

The proximity to the train station and city center, plus parking at Ree‑Carré, was great. Nothing else to add.

The staff were very friendly. The room and its bathroom were clean, with a small fridge and a balcony. The Offenburg station is reachable in 5 min, and the location is very central. You could take coffee to go, and reception was easily reachable. Since we spent the day in Offenburg, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a full‑automatic coffee machine. The breakfast was very limited because everything is sourced regionally, so more variety would have helped. A fee of 3,50 € per person per night is charged on arrival (bed tax); this should be listed on the website.

The location is good and the room furnishings are fine. The shower in the bathtub with a door to prevent flooding was a bit awkward to get used to. It would have been nice to buy a bottle of wine in the evening and receive matching glasses.
