It was cozy, easy to plug Netflix into the TV and unplug it, plenty of coffee and milk, comfortable meals, and lots of walking. Nothing made us unhappy.

The king‑size bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location was ideal for the activities we planned, as we were there to attend a concert at the Union Theatre. It was convenient to eat at the Worker’s Club and reach the theatre from the club grounds. The lady at reception and the bistro staff at the Worker’s Club were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut unless the fan/light was on.

It’s right in town, well appointed and very clean. My wife would have liked there were some complimentary biscuits; it seems motels have stopped doing that.
