“Muy cómodo pero faltan cosas...”

I really liked the room, especially the bed comfort and shower, and the place is right next to the central train station and Ballarò market, among other Palermo attractions. However, it’s unacceptable that after five nights we never had anyone check on the room and we only had two rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay (we had to buy more and shower gel). That’s why I didn’t give a higher score, even though overall the experience was positive.

The cleaning lady, whom we learned during our conversation had an immigrant background, was very kind, helpful, and did a great job. We really appreciated her service. The coffee machine leaked water from underneath, and we told the host right away that it could be dangerous if the water reached the electrical parts. We expected a replacement coffee machine the next day, but it didn’t happen. The area where the accommodation is located didn’t feel safe at night; as two women we felt uneasy and worried about our safety. The clothes rail in the wardrobe is too high and practically impossible to reach.

The location is spot on, close to the station and the city streets, perfect for exploring. Everything else was fine.

The room was bright and lovely. The cleaning could use a tiny extra touch; when I walked in I saw some hair on the floor that wasn’t mine 🥲.
