The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient for the stadium and the warehouse, yet the sink drain was disconnected, water leaked onto the floor, the bathroom door stuck, and there was a lot of noise in the early morning that made it impossible to rest.

The service is good, but the room lacked ventilation, the doors were poorly maintained, and there was a lot of noise all night.

The human quality of the staff was remarkable; they were always very attentive to the needs presented and clear in the instructions requested.
