The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and the room was very comfortable; it was the perfect spot to explore Summerside, just a few minutes from the boardwalk and an easy walk into downtown.

“Plus que parfait !”

Breakfast was delicious and varied; the staff were genuinely pleasant and smiling, giving the vibe of happy people eager to work. The room’s comfort exceeded my expectations, parking was easy to access with plenty of spots, and the hotel’s location was great—walkable to the waterfront. The room even had a fridge with a built‑in freezer, which was fantastic. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect!

The pool at the rec center was connected to the hotel, which was great, and the location was awesome—just a few blocks from the ocean. The beds were okay, not the most comfortable, so overall I’d give it a 6.5 out of 10. The town had a scheduled power outage from 2am to 6am, and I woke up at 7am to find the hotel still without power. I waited until 8:30 and still had no electricity. I wasn’t notified about the outage, and staff didn’t explain why the hotel was still dark while the rest of town had power. I couldn’t eat breakfast there, and when I tried again the next morning the breakfast was sub‑par: the sausage was dry and rubbery, the eggs were floating in water, and the staff were slow to refill items that were low or out. There was also no emergency lighting in the hallways, so I had to use my phone flashlight to leave the room.

J‘ai adoré cette hôtel . La chambre que j‘ai réservé un grand WOW 🤩 propre et le lit tellement confortable. Ca manque une belle restaurant avec plus de choux dans cette hôtel. Mais c’était bien qu’est ce que nous avons mangé
