I’d give breakfast 5 out of 10; because of the policy we couldn’t drop it from the pre‑paid booking. Everything else was amazing.

Everything was great, I’d recommend it 100 %. The breakfast could have been a bit more continental.

The location is excellent, close to the Metro and within walking distance of the Bund, and it feels aimed at a younger crowd. I chose the cheapest room, which had no window and felt uncomfortable, and it was also quite small. I’d stay there again, but only for a day or two; otherwise I’d pick a different room.
