I liked the location, the view, and the breakfast, but some of the equipment was a bit outdated.

I loved the location, the late checkout option, the bedrooms, the rooftop pool, the view, and the cocktails at the bar, but the area was really noisy because of the clubs down the street, so I had to shout at people outside at 1/2am.

The location was perfect and I was there for a business audit, which worked out great. The rooms are quite old and the balcony door could not be opened.

The place had a great location, good facilities, and tasty food at reasonable prices; we used the shower facilities because we had a late check‑out, and the staff were great and very helpful, so I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Palma. However, there were several issues with the air conditioning that were eventually sorted out, and the hairdryer in the room didn’t work; we reported it a few times but it never got fixed.
