The location was great and the staff were nice. I skipped breakfast and just grabbed a pastry on my way out, but the selection looked good and everything looked tidy. I would have given a higher rating, but when I entered my room I saw a huge stain on the carpet in front of the door and another one between the two queen beds. It freaked me out and made me uneasy, and I wondered if the linens had been changed and were clean.

They served eggs and ham, kielbasa, and parfait. The body wash was a downside.

The staff were great and the room was great; the only issue was that my wife wasn’t feeling well, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. We’ve stayed at Grand Forks Baymont before and liked it then too. I can’t think of anything else to mention.

The continental breakfast was great and the staff were helpful, but the restaurant attached to the facility served good pizza while being filthy and rundown; it seemed the building was in upgrade mode, with walls half‑painted or needing paint and repair.
