The hotel's excellent location was a major plus, with nearby shopping centers, a great place to buy Batik, a supermarket, and a fast food restaurant, all within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible by taxi. While the room's decor wasn't typically European-style, it was still suitable for sleeping, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the serene atmosphere of this hotel, which offered a great value for its affordable price. However, the service left much to be desired, and I encountered some issues during my stay.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the room was spacious and well-appointed, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities. Upon arrival, I found that the room hadn't been properly cleaned, and I had to request essentials like toilet paper and a towel. To make matters worse, the internet connection was non-existent, which made it difficult for me to stay connected and plan my itinerary.
