The bed was comfy, the smart TV worked, and the staff were friendly, but the toilet was right next to the shower; a glass partition separated them, yet water still leaked. That wasn’t visible in the photos, and I’m not sure if it happened in other rooms too. The minibar didn’t work.

The stay was excellent: clean rooms, friendly staff, a great location, outstanding service, and everything was comfortable and well‑maintained. I highly recommend it!

The hotel’s location is great for both Angkor Wat and the city, and its appearance matches the pictures. Overall it was a very good experience with excellent value for money. The only issue was that some staff had limited English.
