I go there every Sunday and everything’s fine: I like the parking, the room cleaning, and the staff are all excellent. However, the bed sheets and blankets need checking because they’re ragged, and the TV and Wi‑Fi sometimes don’t work properly.

The value for the stay didn’t match our expectations, and at check‑in we were disappointed with the reception, but the kind staff member Nidi (I think that’s her name) handled the misunderstanding politely and professionally—thanks to her. The food was poor, and some staff were not trained for their jobs.
